Full credentials to everyone and new video by this Sunday at most

The action ready by then, myself will take brief pause after years of severe adversity, followed by full restoration of research, coordination, and network expansion

Estimated reading time: five to six minutes.
Summary:
this update outlines the completion of the first infrastructure deployment and the introduction of the unified sign up system through Keycloak. It explains the brief pause required after years of severe adversity, including sustained violence, coercion, institutional failures, and deliberate obstruction that have endangered safety, halted the doctoral defense, and seriously damaged career progression and basic security. It sets out the plan for a short period of rest before resuming full-scale integration of pedagogical environments, computational pipelines, the expert tutor carer system, and automated API layers for funding and publication opportunities. It describes the upcoming roadmap meeting, the restoration of network momentum, the media campaign, the broader expansion across all COST countries, and the strategic goals of building a large participatory action research network that is sustainable beyond 2029. It also addresses the financial strain caused by lack of institutional support for essential infrastructure, the need for mutual protection within the network, and the launch of the new video explaining the scientific and ethical foundations of the action within the EU COST Programme.

First and foremost, my bad for not improving last week post yet. I will do once the infrastructure credentials are sent. Today and tomorrow I am completing the first round of deployment at last. I decided to implement an unified sign up system through Keycloak, fully hosted on our own servers, which setup is now being finalized as last step required for us all to use the systems. Once this layer is secure, the network will resume coordinated work toward new consortia. My attention will then move to completing several pending manuscripts. I apologize to all coauthors for the delay, and all groups I am to resume leading. I also require a brief pause to regain strength. As you all know by now, the past years have been marked by unrelenting pressure and extremely harsh conditions, with episodes that meet the threshold of grave criminal conduct. These have included sustained physical aggression, coercive control, repeated breaches of duty by institutions expected to safeguard basic rights, and deliberate obstruction that has placed my career, my doctoral defense, and my professional future in continuous risk, ruining us and thus creating further vulnerabilities to continue destroying us with impunity. Our personal safety has been affected repeatedly and as severely as it gets. After such a prolonged period of adversity, a short interval of rest is necessary before returning to full capacity and advancing the infrastructure and network now established.

I barely have three hundred days of contract remaining from my Ministry of Science, Education and Innovation, aimed to become a full university professor. I must ensure, by making the most of all efforts, that only success and safety will follow this period others wished to ruin, along with our lives. It is with deep regret I continue to share how the most corrupt and negligent, the criminal, keep on getting the upper hand. Our work needs to redress this at societal level, truly enforcing morals and law, while building the strongest and safest educational foundation from early years on.

After two or three days of rest, hopefully devoted to sleep and barely anything else, the focus will return to integration and improvement, bringing the strict necessary. I will connect the pedagogical environments, the computational pipelines for the expert tutor carer system, and the API layer that will automate the publication of funding opportunities, calls for publications, conferences, and events from all major and minor providers. The system will operate as a single coherent environment, limiting semi automation and enabling contributions to flow directly into shared workflows. The workload is considerable, but it will be cleared step by step. The outcome will be a collective accomplishment, supported by the action budget and, with grit and audacity, by external donors who can help accelerate completion. The benefits will return to our institutions. The action is designed to coordinate a network of excellence, not to generate profit or empower particular groups. This requires a governance structure, clear publishing criteria, operational protocols, and guiding principles, all based in the most stringent open science and one health standards, goals and values. By then I will also clear my inbox systematically with technological support. This will take about a week after this deployment round, now being finalized. I apologize for the delay in advancing the network agenda. The aim is to establish the foundations for a large scale participatory action research network, thousands to tens of thousands strong, capable of achieving all objectives on schedule and remaining sustainable well beyond 2029 -work is already ongoing to achieve and ensure so, for us all. This action needs to create employment and prosperity, as much as delivering all other goals.

The first meeting will present the road maps, most likely by mid December. We will set a poll to collectively decide the best fitting day and time. Beforehand, everyone is invited to provide feedback and proposals, as well as questions. Our BBB connects to our own Youtube channel, for live streaming and archiving of all meetings. One of the next moves will be to switch from Substack to a Ghost instance, allowing to also post automatically to our publication. Once individual credentials are issued today and tomorrow at last, please use the full system to contribute, propose, and advance together as needed. We will rebuild the momentum lost this way, also with the media campaign and a thorough network expansion to cover in depth all COST countries. We will resume all halted work, while initiating the new lines already planned. The action objectives remain clearly defined and scheduled, and all components will be integrated seamlessly into the website. This weekend is dedicated to this final integration. I am working on templates to ease the proposals and all work to be done, all shared at our Nextcloud instance. I remind you that we have a lovely full office suite, Collabora, integrated already. Way more improvements are on the way.

Delays have been caused by lack of funds that endanger the payment of the action servers in itself, regretfully still fronted by myself despite being at the verge of bankruptcy due to the torture endured, and being in need to both save and get back on our feet by having money to pay lawyers instead. The damaging behaviours that continues to undermine scientific and educational work. Please, feel free to denounce all acts of aggression against you and your centers or beloved ones. This network is set to protect each other, uplift our careers, ensuring excellence also by protecting the conditions that allow us to be in working order, free from harm.

By Sunday we will release a new video, launch the next media wave, and open the renewed membership call. The website will be updated. The network of excellence will expand again, welcoming new participants on equal terms, since this is an entirely horizontal structure. We need the strongest capacities, regardless of discipline, age, seniority, or institutional status. We must reach those in greatest need. The action mandate is to ensure one health education, enabling stronger pathways for every child, future parent, educator, and professional. Social conditions belong to one health, and the action is structured to improve them accordingly.

Below follows the summary of the new video now in the making, to be soon added to a better media kit. It explains why this work is essential, why it occupies a position of maximum responsibility within the EU COST Programme, and why this action represents a rare international space where such coordination is possible and mandated. The video presents the human factor as the central determinant of all systemic failure and all systemic repair. It frames the action as a scientific and ethical intervention to restore responsibility, strengthen education, and rebuild the foundations of peace, justice, shared duty, moral integrity, equitable governance, and health. It shows that our aim is to enable full human development across health and wellbeing, so that children grow with the skills and clarity required to thrive. It emphasises the need for collective resolve to counteract the deterioration of basic decency. It notes that we are a funded European Union action, backed by the EU COST science and technology coordination programme, and responsible for building large consortia across regions wider than the European Union itself.

The video explains that the destructive side of the human factor has disabled our capacity to monitor, prevent, coordinate, educate, and innovate. It shows that the constructive side, once properly cultivated, can end suffering, halt destruction, restore what has been damaged, and prevent future harm. It summarizes how historical patterns of domination, violence, and systemic misconduct have undermined human development, not due to lack of intelligence or technology, but due to failures of responsibility and tolerance of harm. It explains how ecological systems and human physiology operate within strict limits and how degradation of soils, waters, climate stability, microbial diversity, and social trust leads directly to loss of life, impaired cognition, chronic illness, and economic decline.

It describes how corruption and criminal behaviour within institutions responsible for safety and education lead to measurable mortality and morbidity. It underlines that science offers tools to monitor change, strengthen prevention, and support vulnerable groups, but only if coupled with ethical governance. It highlights that technology without ethical oversight amplifies inequality and risk. It stresses that early disadvantage compounds across the lifespan and that protection of ecosystems is essential for human survival.

The video shows that small groups with harmful intent can inflict large scale damage, while coordinated integrity can generate extensive positive outcomes. It argues that current technological capacity offers a critical window for repair, and that failure to act will produce irreversible decline. It concludes that coordinated action across research, education, public administration, and community networks is required, under ethical governance and scientific clarity. It calls for contributions to protect life, restore balance, and rebuild systems across all nations.

The final message is a call to join the effort, strengthen the systems that guard life, support the missions that restore justice and ecological balance, and help build a future where scientific integrity and ethical responsibility guide human progress. The action seeks partners committed to education, prevention, responsibility, foresight, and care. The video ends with gratitude and an invitation to share the message with colleagues and relevant stakeholders. Please, share the currently available materials:

Thanks for being here. Thanks for taking notice of our work. Thank you for being an essential part of it, if already engaged. Myself was and am here to help in all I can. After submitting this, I am back to work on the systems. Check your emails for the credentials in a couple of days top. I wishing you a great end of this week.
